We think that healthy, long term relationships are based on good communication. While many of our clients are familiar with the way design companies work, some are not, and we thought it would be useful to explain how we manage the design process, and answer some of the more commonly asked questions.
We pay the same attention to detail whether we're working on a whole new brand identity for you, or a one-off leaflet. Although every client and job is different, working within a clear structure that breaks the process down into identifiable stages helps to keep everyone at the same tempo and stops any problems arising. Attached is a downloadable PDF document that will help you (the client) understand the whole design process and what is required to make any job run smoothly.
